It has been years since I have done anything like this but I am looking forward to having a place to have Recipes and Updates around our Food. 

Landers Grill was a product of  “The Pandemic” as an outlet to share knowledge around how to get the best out of your Cooking, as well as constantly pushing ourselves to constantly improve our own “Grill Game”.

  Topping up my Chosen Foods Avocado Oil yesterday made me think how I know what I like and like what I know. I thought it would be a good idea to explain why I use certain products - (disclaimer, this is my opinion, and what works for me)   As I mentioned, I was topping up my oil Dispenser that holds my Chosen Foods Avocado oil.   BBB Tips & Tricks   Summer is nearly here, and BBQ season is starting to flow into full swing. This is my favourite time of year, The warm breeze, chilled beers and smell of Grilled Burgers filling the air. There is nothing like it. So I thought it best to write a few of my go to tips to help you get the best out of your Barbecue.   This are in no particular order…   1.    Temperature control – It doesn’t matter how great your shopping list or quality of meat is, if you fail to ignore Temperature control, it can end in disaster.
